Shipping Policy

Orders are processed from British Columbia, Canada, within three to five business days after payment is received. Once shipped, customers receive an email confirmation and tracking number.

Standard shipping within Canada is handled by Canada Post. If Canada Post services are unavailable or delayed, we may ship through ChitChats or another reputable carrier. Average delivery times are 5–10 business days within Canada and 10–20 business days to the United States.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. Delivery timelines vary depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions.

We take great care in packaging all items. Once a parcel is scanned as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If a shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately so we can assist with an investigation or replacement where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return authorization and the correct mailing address. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom commissions, personalized artwork, and digital products are final sale unless they arrive damaged. If your item arrives with damage, please contact us within five days of delivery, including photos of the packaging and item, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We welcome inquiries from retailers, galleries, and event organizers interested in carrying Meghan Arai books or artwork. Wholesale and bulk orders operate under separate terms, including custom pricing, production timelines, and fulfillment arrangements.
